Suffolk Respite Weekends

(Bridge House)

Respite weekends at Bridge House, Earl Soham for parents and carers who have children that are struggling persistently in school or have a specific learning difficulty such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and ADD. Without the children, parents and carers will gain knowledge about up to date thinking in Learning Support programmes for their children.

A relaxed and friendly weekend for parents and carers to find out what an effective learning support programme consists of at home and at school. Workshops on SEN process, What is neural feedback? How can it help my child. What is a specialist teaching programme for English and Maths? Advice and guidance from a specialist teacher in the field of specific learning difficulties.

Parents and carers will have their own creative activities in Model Making and Fine Art. Prices include all workshops, accommodation, meals, internet access and refreshments, based at an award winning B&B in a beautiful part of the Suffolk countryside.
